The Sleeve Makes It

The Josette | Women's Tailored Blazer with Ruched Three-Quarter Sleeves is a close-cut blazer with a notch lapel and a single button at the waist, finished with a three-quarter sleeve that is ruched and gathered above the elbow. Flap pockets sit at the hip and the body is shaped through the back with princess seaming. The shoulder is clean and narrow.

Shorter Sleeve, Longer Season

The gathered three-quarter sleeve is what lifts it out of the ordinary, and it also means the blazer works through milder weeks when a full sleeve is too much. The single button holds a defined waist without closing the front off. It sits neatly over a shell top or a slip dress.
