Order Cancellations and Damaged Items
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@everwynmichigan.com. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, please notify us immediately at support@everwynmichigan.com, including photos of the issue. Our team will promptly review your request and arrange a replacement or a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds
After we receive and verify your returned item(s), we will notify you by email if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued back to your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@everwynmichigan.com with the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
The same conditions apply to exchanges: Items must be unused and unwashed. All original tags must be attached. The items must be placed in their original packaging.
Once your email has been received, we will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange accordingly.
How to Return an Item & Restocking Fee
You can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this timeframe cannot be processed.
