Refund Policy
At Everwyn Michigan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all parts and original packaging.
- Any signs of damage due to improper use will invalidate the return.
- For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- If the product was received defective, we will send a replacement without requiring return.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return Your Order
Important: All products are shipped from China. Returns must be sent back to our supplier's address in China.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Send an email to: info@everwynmichigan.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if defective)
- We will reply with the return instructions and the return address in China. Please do not return items to the sender address listed on your package as it will not be processed.
- Shipping costs for returning the product to China are covered by the customer.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. We do not cover return shipping costs for defective items - we simply send a new product to replace the defective one.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.
Please note:
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not cover any return shipping costs.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to China.
Cancellations
Due to our fast processing times, cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive your order, you can return it to us after receipt following the standard return process.
